Dushanbe to Host International Tourism Week

In celebration of World Tourism Day, Dushanbe International Tourism Week 2026 will be held in the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan from 23 to 26 September 2026.

Dushanbe to Host the First International Tourism Week

During four consecutive days, Dushanbe will become a platform for international dialogue, business networking, professional exchanges and the presentation of the tourism potential of participating countries.

Programme of the International Tourism Week: 23 September - CIS Tourism Ministers' Forum The Forum will bring together ministers, heads of national tourism administrations, representatives of international organizations and leading tourism experts to discuss new directions for regional and international cooperation in the tourism sector. 24 September - International Forum of Dushanbe Twin Cities and Tourism Authorities The Forum will focus on sustainable tourism development, expanding investment cooperation between cities and implementing joint international tourism projects. 24–26 September - 3rd Dushanbe International Tourism Exhibition (DITE 2026) The country's largest tourism exhibition will bring together representatives of the tourism industry from more than 30 countries, providing a professional platform for international negotiations, destination presentations, business meetings and the signing of cooperation agreements.

26 September - First International Tourism Parade A vibrant parade featuring national delegations, representatives of the tourism industry and cultural groups from participating countries serving as a vivid showcase of cultural diversity and international tourism cooperation.

26 September - Dushanbe Travel Megafest A spectacular festival celebrating tourism, culture, national traditions, music and hospitality will serve as the grand finale of the International Tourism Week.

The launch of the Dushanbe International Tourism Week 2026 will mark a new stage in the development of event tourism in the country and position Dushanbe as one of the leading international platforms for tourism cooperation in Central Asia.
